An English 1930’s solid oak carved hall barometer in a scroll shaped carved case with relief carving, aneroid movement, six-inch dial measuring barometric air pressure from twenty-six to thirty-one point nine inches, weather predictions in black upper and lower case gothic script with a blue steel indicating hand and brass recording hand, brass dial bezel with flat bevelled glass, mercury thermometer enclosed in a glazed rectangular box recording temperature in degrees Fahrenheit and Celsius on a white porcelain register.
