Victorian 18ct gold half hunter pocket watch by Lavine Brothers, Johannesburg and London, for sale at auction at Duggleby Auctioneers. This keyless lever presentation watch has a white enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers and a subsidiary seconds dial. The base case is monogrammed with initials, and the case was made by Fred Thoms, London, in 1897.
